WESB: Pair From New York Jailed On Drug Charges In McKean County

A man and a woman from New York State are in McKean County Jail on drug charges.

39-year-old Larry "Minni" Jones" of Buffalo and 27-year-old Melissa Wilson of Portville were arrested Tuesday night in Bradford, according to McKean County District Attorney Stephanie Vettenberg Shaffer.

Court records say Wilson took Jones to a a location in Bradford, where Jones sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant with the McKean County Drug Task Force for $100.

After being taken into custody, police found about 12 grams of cocaine in Wilson's bra and that she also had 5 grams of heroin. Shaffer says they also had about $1,700 in cash.

Jones is charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of crack cocaine; conspiracy; and criminal use of a communication facility.

Wilson is charged with possession with intent to deliver, and possession of a controlled substance; and conspiracy.

Shaffer says City of Bradford Police assisted.
