City of Bradford Police Make Arrests

At approximately 11:00pm on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 the business of Thrifty Cleaners at 18 Chambers Street was broken into and the cash register was stolen. An investigation was conducted and the suspect was identified as being 
James Patrick Kemick, 32, of 79 South Avenue in Bradford.

Kemick was apprehended today at his residence and charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft, Loitering and Prowling at Night Time and Criminal Mischief. Kemick was arraigned by District Judge Dominic Cercone and remanded to McKean County Jail.

At approximately 9:45am this morning officers were dispatched to Bradford Regional Medical Center for a report of an assault with injuries that had just occurred at 61 North Center Street. 

A female reported that she had been engaged in an argument with a male at the residence and she was struck in the head with a drinking glass that was thrown at her by the male. The female sustained a moderate head injury and was treated and released.

David Allan Cabisca, 22, of 61 North Center Street in Bradford was apprehended this afternoon at his residence and charged with Simple Assault and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. Cabisca was arraigned by District Judge David Engman and remanded to McKean County Jail.
