DuBois City Police Department Officers Nab Heroin Dealer With Controlled Buy

On July 7, 2017 around 2200hrs. the DuBois City Police Department arrested 22 year old Terron Kenneth Davis-Williams of DuBois. Williams was arrested following a controlled buy of 50 stamp bags of heroin on West Washington Avenue. When arresting officers approached Williams and identified themselves, he immediately fled east towards South Brady Street in an attempt to avoid apprehension. The pursuing officers gave chase and had to avoid motor vehicle traffic. Williams was quickly apprehended about one block away. Williams sustained minor injuries from his struggle with police, but was not in need of medical treatment.

Williams was found to be transporting an additional 100 stamp bags of heroin and was in possession of more than one thousand dollars.

Williams was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, possession of a controlled substance, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia and flight to avoid apprehension.

Two adult females and an adult male, from the Johnstown area, were shortly detained in connection with this investigation, but were released without being charged.

Williams was transported to Clearfield County Jail and later arraigned by Magistrate Hawkins. Williams is being held on $100,000 bail.

Williams is also the subject of several other open and on-going investigations. Additional criminal charges against Williams are anticipated.

No way! Don't end him yet. Make his worthless butt turn in the whole chain of people that he gets his supply from. Then line them all up for Smith and Wesson..

They had 3 other people that they detained in connection with this but let them go ? Sounds like they already found people to work on breaking that chain down.
