Brandon J. Murray
Wellsville Police arrested Brandon J. Murray, age 24, of Wellsville, charging him with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th (Class C Felony) and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th (Class D Felony). The charges stem from an investigation into the illegal sale of narcotics in the Village of Wellsville. Murray was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Murray was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond. Murray is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 1st at 4:30 pm. Wellsville Police were assisted by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (C-NET). (Photo provided)

The charges stem from an investigation into the illegal sale of narcotics in the Village of Wellsville. Bacon was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Bacon was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 property bond. Bacon is due back in Wellsville Village Court on July 18th at 4:30 pm.
