Potter County Commissioner Heimel Particiates In Annual County Commissioners Association Conference In Erie

Paul W. Heimel
Potter County Commissioner

Very eventful annual conference of the County Commissioners Assn. of Pa. here in Erie. This morning we presented details to a large audience on the particulars of county-based criminal justice reforms and engagement of those in the court system, law enforcement, communities and other stakeholders. CCAP communications whiz Ken Kroski moderated the panel, where Chester County Commissioner Kathi Cozzone and Bradford County Commissioner Ed Bustin were also participants.

The first commenter is correct. METAL illness is not a crime. It can lead to civil litigation, however, if the metal has a flaw in its design or does not pass a stress test.
