Natural Gas Prices Could Increase Dramatically

Big Increase of Natural Gas WSEE

Last January, National Fuel Gas (NFG) predicted a two percent increase in the price of natural gas.

NFG officials warned consumers today that they will announce the gas-cost adjustment August 1st, and it may be an increase anywhere from 30-50 percent.

The dramatic increase has people in northwest Pennsylvania a little worried.

Many families are going to have to make serious decisions about spending.

This increase will be announced and take effect August 1st. Until then officials advise families to re-evaluate their budget plans and prepare to back on spending.

Those of us on a fixed income already have a hard time living. These energy companies keep making increases like this, we will starve, be evicted, and the good lord only knows what else, because this is rediculous. DO THEY NOT MAKE BILLIONS ANYWAY!!!!!!!!!

I've given up the cable in order to put gas in my vehicle to make my monthly visits to the Dr. I've cut back on different foods in order to get my heating bill up to date from LAST YEAR. I gave up my long distance phone service and switched to local service only so that I could get my yearly vehicle inspection. The only thing I have left is to give up my internet service.

I have no more to give.
