Police Reports Via WFRM

Three Port Allegany residents are being cited for underage drinking in connection to an incident allegedly taking place early this morning at the intersection of Chestnut and Elm Street in that town. State police say they were called to that location on a complaint of juveniles behaving loudly. Upon investigation, police determined all three were under 21 years of age and had consumed alcohol. Colby Brookens, age 19, a 17 year old boy and a 16 year old girl are facing charges in district court.

Troopers at Kane have also charged 32 year old Steven Holly of Eldred with harassment for an incident taking place Thursday afternoon along route 446 in Eldred Borough. Police say Holly arrived at that location and started arguing with Joseph Sitosky in a continuation of a previous argument and allegedly threatened to hit Sitosky.

Emporium based state police are investigating a couple of recent incidents. Thieves entered a camp on Moore Hill Road owned by James Strock of Wyomissing through an unlocked front window over the past six weeks and turned on the water causing $500 in damage to the deep well pump. And vandals damaged a mailbox at the Emporium Health Center between last Thursday and Sunday.
