Pressure gauge dials will be tested, so bring your gauge. “Good Eating from the Freezer” will teach participants how to freeze fruits and vegetables that taste good and maintain high quality during long-term storage. A video demonstration will show how to blanch and package foods for freezing. Both classes will be held on Saturday, September 20th at the Galeton High School.
