PGE only has to pump 139 gallons per minute out of the river to get the 3 million gallons they need to frack the well in 15 days. Hardly enough to do any damage to the river. A good comparison is the one spring that feeds the Roulette Fish and Game Clubs trout ponds- (pictures below) often flow over 200 gallons per minute...

Why not pump the water out of the old stone cory. It is full of water. The river is not,leave some for the fish.
3 million gallons of water from a stream that is already suffering from lack of rain. This can't be a good thing for anybody other than the leased landowner and the gas company.
