Austin Area School was blessed to have had Mr. Romanowski. He made many changes and had an impact on many young lives. Thank you Mr. Romanowski I will never forget you nor will my children. You brought stability and respect back to our school. Thank you and Congratulations you deserve it!

Apparently he wasn't your English teacher. Because if he was, maybe you would use the proper grammar in your posts.

a blog is a list of your own thoughts, learning that in college. It is how ever you want to put it. And in a blog a comment is detailed the same thing there-for grammar is not #1 issue

You make absolutely NO SENSE!! No wonder our economy and our Country is in the toilet if they are teaching you this crap in college.

I was a Teacher for many years in the Austin Area School and Mr. Romanowski was one of my colleagues. He would be the first to agree there is no respect or stability in the Austin school we taught at.

We were very fortunate to have Mr. Romanowski here in Austin. His efforts did return pride and respect to AASD. He followed two derelicts as Superintendent and Principal who set an extremely bad example for our students to follow. Furthermore, his leadership and foresight remains here in Austin. Remember, he hired a young teacher with no administrative experience who now serves as our Superintendent. Mr. Hutcheson has also done a super job with the limited resources has available. Julie, thanks for starting this thread. You are right on!.

Just think if Austin still had Mr. Romanowski ....

Mr. Romanowski had a great relationship with the parents, students and his faculty at AAHS. He was respected and still is greatly missed. He stood outside every morning greeting the students, bent over and tied shoes for the little ones and I even saw him hug a student who was crying. I haven't seen that from the administration since he left. You deserve more than an award. You deserve a special place in heaven. I just wish more administrators were like you.
