Troopers reported that at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday, two juveniles possessed prescription drugs not prescribed to them at Northern Potter High School. The investigation continues.

Troopers say charges of driving under the influence will be filed in district court against Steven D. Langworthy, 53, of Eldred, Pa. He was allegedly found to be driving under the influence after he was stopped at 9:45 p.m. Sunday for traffic violations.

Troopers report that at 9:30 p.m. Friday, a vehicle backed out of a parking spot at an inn in Roulette and struck another vehicle. The driver then fled the scene. Anyone with information about the accident should call troopers at (814) 274-8690.

Troopers report that between Oct. 24 and Friday, a person(s) unsuccessfully tried to a woman’s residence on State Route 6. Anyone with information about the incident should call troopers at (814) 274-8690.

Troopers report Lacey L. Riale, 20, of Coudersport, Pa., was charged in district court with driving under the influence and several traffic offenses after an accident at 3:45 a.m. Oct. 26 on Highway 6 in Roulette. Riale swerved to avoid a deer and lost control of the vehicle. It struck three large boulders. Riale suffered a small cut on her lip.

Troopers report finding a bicycle at 9:50 p.m. Monday along Railroad Avenue in Roulette. The owner may retrieve it by describing the make, model and color. Anyone with information on the bike may call troopers at (814) 274-8690.

Troopers reported James B. Evans Jr., 38, of Turtlepoint, Pa., will be charged in district court with driving under the influence and other traffic violations after he was stopped for a violation at 1:27 a.m. Sunday on State Route 607 in Keating.

Troopers reported Joseph M. Howard, 43, of Shinglehouse, Pa., will be charged in district court with driving under the influence after he was stopped for a traffic violation at 12:36 a.m. Sunday on Lincoln Street in Shinglehouse.

Troopers reported that between Saturday and Sunday, an unknown vehicle knocked over a 500-gallon, propane gas tank at a Cross Fork, Pa. man’s property on Main Street in Stewardson. The vehicle caused about $200 in damage to the tank. The vehicle left the scene. Troopers say it is black or has a black mumper with minor damage to the front end and possibly white paint from the gas tank. Troopers report that between Saturday and Sunday, a person(s) smashed a Genesee, Pa. man’s mailbox on West Bingham Road in Genesee, then fled the scene. Anyone with information on the accident should call troopers at (814) 274-8690.

Troopers reported William P. Snyder, 42, of York, Pa., will be charged in district court with driving under the influence after he was stopped for a traffic violation at 11:49 p.m. Saturday on State Route 607 in Austin.

Troopers reported a 17-year-old Coudersport, Pa. male is accused of underage possession/transportation of alcoholic beverages after an incident at about 11:05 p.m. Saturday on State Route 6 in Coudersport. He was allegedly in possession of/transporting 27 unopened cans of beer and one bottle of Jagermeister.

Troopers reported Tanya A. Popielarczyk, 24, of Austin, Pa., will be charged in district court with driving under the influence after she was stopped for a traffic violation at 2:29 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Route 6 and South Main Street in Coudersport.

Troopers reported that between Friday and Saturday, a person(s) drove through a Gap, Pa. man’s field along Black Hole Road in Summit and did “doughnuts,” damaging the grass. Anyone with information about the incident should call troopers at (814) 274-8690.
