The Public is cordially invited to attend Ste. Eulalia’s third annual Advent luncheon an interdenominational community event which benefits the Coudersport Ministerium relief fund. Last year forty volunteers from the parish baked 68 tins of cookies. These were distributed to our non-Catholic guests, and to local shut-ins. The parish donated all five varieties of homemade soups, assorted sandwiches, fruit cups, vegetable, and relish trays, and an array of desserts. Efforts of over 100 parishioners were greatly appreciated. This year the Coudersport Ministerium is financially stretched. Demands for help have increased drastically. As a result the plans are bigger and better than ever. In a community outreach endeavor, Charles Cole Memorial Hospital and Sweden Valley Manor chefs have been invited to contribute their homemade specialties. In addition there will be 17 varieties of pies and ice cream to our menu. We will also be providing homemade soups for sale by the quart to take home. The luncheon itself is a free will donation to benefit the less fortunate in our community. Advent is the time to contemplate and reflect on our many blessings. Hope to see you there. Please call for reservations. 274-8646 or Jennifer Weiss – 274-8554
