Mills Man Charged In Lawrenceville Incident

Terroristic threats alleged

Sun Gazette
ELKLAND Troy C. Adriance, 18, of 5455 State Route 49, Mills, was charged by Lawrenceville Borough Police with one count each of terroristic threats, harassment and criminal trespass in Elkland District Court.

According to court records, on Nov. 7, Adriance threatened a female employee of Preston's Market and her brother after the brother called police because Adriance was driving with a suspended license. The employee told police that Adriance entered the market, where he previously had been asked by owners not to return because of problems in the past.

He stepped outside and threatened to kill her brother because of what he had done, and also kill police if necessary, police said.

Adriance was arrested on Nov. 30, and jailed in Tioga County Prison on $1,500 straight bail. He has since been released, with a preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 8 before District Judge Brian Edgcomb.
