15 year old Trevor Dynda also of Austin was pronounced dead at the Charles Cole Hospital by Potter County Coroner Kevin Dusenbury. Investigation is continuing.

Thank you all for your thoughts & prayers. We are a very small community and really do need to pull together at times like these. Trevor was a wonderful young man and will be sadly missed by everyone that was fortunate enough to have Trevor in their lives. He was such a wonderful child and loved life. Our hearts are heavy in Austin once again.

This is such a sad time once again for the communtiy of Austin. Times like these are shocking and hard to believe because we all came from the small town of Austin where everybody knows everybody. Everyone in our community feels the pain of this tragic accident. Why is a question that many people will ask including myself, no one knows why, but it never seems right that such an accident should happen to a young boy with so much ahead of him. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Stay stong in this hard time.

We here in the Shinglehouse community share our heartfelt feelings, sympathy, and prayers. We grieve with the family and the community. It seems that each community has it's seasons of tragedy and heartache. I know we've had our share. Again hearts and prayers go out to you. Sorry for your loss and may God fill the void in your heart with His unconditional love.

If tears could build a stairway and memories were a lane,
We would walk all the way to Heaven, to bring you home again
No farewell words were spoken, no time to say good-bye
You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why
Our hearts ache in sadness,
and secret tears will flow
Why you were taken from us so soon, no one will ever know!
(Author Unknown)

You will forever be in my heart Trevor Adam, and I will love you always ...

It is never easy to lose a member of a community but the death of a child makes it even worse. Somethings never make any sense no matter how much of a twist we try to put on them. Just know that the surrounding communities send many tears and much love to the family and friends of Trevor and to the Austin community.

I actually knew him; we went to vo-tech together even though he wasn't in my class. When one of my friends from Austin and I had to go to his class to take pictures he had me smiling the whole time. When I found out that he died I was crushed because even though I barely knew him I still thought of him as a friend, and I hope his family can get through this alright.

no words suffice in times like this. A wonderful young man who will be missed by all who knew him. Having lost a grandchild, Mrs. Fisher and I have experienced some of what his family is going through. Know our prayers are going out for you, that He who called him home will give comfort and peace as only he can. Mr. Fisher

Hats off to all involved in Trevor's care. EMS personal, hold your heads up high, because you did everything you possibly could to help this child. It is a tragedy to loose someone so young for family, friends, and emergency personal as well as us at the ER. Everyone in the field did a wonderful job and the ER was ready with all personal and equipment to do all they could. I am proud to be a part of a caring volunteer community in Roulette and am proud to say I am still a part of the Austin Volunteers as well a part to the ER Department. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and especially the families involved. No stronger support can you have than Prayer!!!
