This PCFirehouse site is really amazing. People should visit it more often looks like the people who run the site put a lot of time into listening to the calls.

Please slow down Firemen when responding to the station for calls. I was pushed off the road by a blue lighter...

just think last poster if you would sign up and volunteer yourself you could have beet him to the station. LOL

if your house was on fire or one of your relatives were sick you wouldn't be complaining about the volunteers being in a hurry.

But when they drive like idiots attempting to get to the fire hall. I disapprove... Dummy I also am a volunteer firemen and and emt...I know the volunteer job is crucial but gee lets make it there alive...and not put others into a threatening situations...

IF what you are stating is TRUE... Contact the police department that has jurisdiction in the area where said action occurred... tell them the make model and color of the vehicle in question and tell them that you want them cited... Otherwise next time pull off the road as far as you can and come to a complete stop... I know the law states that driver dont have to... but you could just do it anyway...

And if you not going to contact the police... it must not have been that big of a deal to.

Blue lights are courtesy lights- you do not have to give them the right of way. However, the state laws say "on the approach of an emergency vehicle' (from either direction) you are to pull to the right and stop, giving the right of way to that vehicle.
