Small business owners, entrepreneurs, community leaders, sportsmen’s groups, residents, and others interested in learning more about the PA Wilds initiative or tourism development in the region now have a great new resource: The website, called the PA Wilds Resource Center, is designed to help foster economic growth in the region and to help residents stay informed about the opportunities and successes of the PA Wilds initiative. The site features free online classifieds for tourism-related businesses and groups; a database of loans, grants and technical assistance programs available to small tourism businesses (in each county of the PA Wilds); and information on PA Wilds programs, such as the Design Guide, Artisan Trail, logo use and more. Additional features will be added in the coming months. The website was developed by Ta Brant, PA Wilds Small Business Ombudsman, and designed by Piper Lindell, a small business owner and part-time web designer in Warren County.
