Five Years for screwing up a young innocent mind..this women shouldn't be allowed to see daylight!!!!

As for Megan's Law..I don't think it's enforced enough...to bad someone couldn't be paid to check on these people for life!! So they can't screw up someone else's life

Betcha she's wishing she lived in Potter County now...she might have gotten a better plea deal. Even at that, both Potter and McKean County DA's are a helluva lot more lenient than what she deserves. Sure hope she understands the concept of "what goes around comes around" and that 20 years isn't nearly enough. She ought to count her blessings that public stonings only happend in biblical times because if anyone deserves it, she and others like her definitely do.

I was reading about this in the paper today and couldn't believe it!!!! How could someone do those things to their own daughter!!! It's freaking sick what people have done and don't get anywhere near the punishment they deserve!!!

Come to think of it, it is TRULY pathetic that John Rigas who did so much good for this community is serving more time and probably under more harsh circumstances than this two-bit piece of work will ever do or see. So now she has to register as a sexual offender under Megan's Law for the rest of her life---BIG D*** DEAL. Her child has to live with what her mother, the one human being she should have been able to trust above all others, did to her. The victim gets a life sentence. That's justice?

Megan's Law is a registry for sex offenders. They are required to report certain changes like address ,work place , phone numbers, vehicles owned ect. They are also required to register with the Pa State Police on an annual basis, failure to due so results in an arrest for violation of the Megan's Law. initailly they are charged under the Pa Crimes Code for whatever illegal acts that they have committed, after being found guilty or entering a plea of guilty they are ordered to register under megan's law in addition to the actual sentence for the specific crime or crimes the have committed
