Local Trooper Recovering From Injuries, Benefit Dinner Scheduled In Jersey Shore

Trooper Recovering
Benefit Scheduled

State Trooper Mike Flook, stationed at the Coudersport Barracks of the Pennsylvania State Police, who commuted from his home in Saladasburg, was seriously injured in an accident in April as he was returning to his home. A tree fell on top of his personal vehicle crushing his car as he drove down the road. Photo

Corporal Michael D. Murray, Jr., in charge of the Coudersport Barracks on Denton Hill reports, "Trooper Flook is doing good. He is expected to make a full recovery, it is just going to take time to heal from the injuries and surgeries."

Corporal Murray says if you are interested in attending the benefit dinner for Trooper Flook in Jersey Shore on June 20th, you may contact Trooper Flook's brother, Fire Chief Brian Flook of the Independent Hose Company at 570-279-3010 for tickets.
