HEARING FOR EMA CHIEF DELAYED
The Preliminary hearing scheduled for yesterday for Potter County EMA coordinator Jim Steiner before District Judge Annette Easton was postponed due to a change in the prosecution.

Potter County DA Dawn Fink has recused herself from the case because the defendant’s estranged wife, Christy Steiner is employed as the county’s victim witness coordinator in the DA’s office.

Mrs. Steiner and her pastor’s evidence and claims resulted in the EMA chief being charged by state police with three counts of possession of child pornography and three counts of criminal use of a communications facility, all felony charges. He remains free on 25,000 bail.

The case will now be prosecuted by the state Attorney General’s office. More news...

Clark removed the peanut butter and corn from in front of his trail cam.
That is the result. Please send your own trail cam photos and we will scourge you too. THANKS FOR SHARING

Why is Steiner worthy of two articles and the Kightlinger boy gets no press? I guess it must not be news to vandelize the competition's car lot after a behind the back 1.5 million dollar taxpayer bailout. Must have been his funny little way of saying "thank you".

The comments are censored now so if you can't say anything nice or complimentary, it won't be posted. Apparently Clark's bear wasn't nice. The bear is history!
