Trooper Not Impressed With Early Morning Fireworks

A Ulysses teenager picked the wrong place and time to throw an ignited fireworks from a vehicle.

Trooper David Surra was in a PSP patrol unit when he observed a consumer firework being discharged on Route 6 at the entrance to the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital emergency room, in Coudersport Borough, at 1:20 am Saturday.

Trooper Surra stopped the vehicle as it fled the scene. Wallace D. Eaton, 18, of 408 Church Street in Ulysses was a passenger in the vehicle and had thrown the ignited firework from the vehicle.

Eaton will be charged with one count Pennsylvania Fireworks Law in District Court.

Now this is one of those moments when you see something and say to yourself "where is a cop when you need
'em," way to go PSP

Well, Considering the fact he has a fireworks permit, and has had one for years continuing, whats the big deal. Im sure wallace and his driver of the car had fun. Atta Boy Wally!!!

I Shall Also Add, The Cannon That Keeps Going Off In Ulysses, That Should Be Investigated. Most of Ulysses, Knows who it is. If it isnt stopped that person will be in deep Trouble.... To Bad For Him

Having a permit does not give him the right to throw out of a moving car. If he has a permit the person who issued needs to be investigated. A fireworks permit is for a specific date and place.

Well, The Permit he and many other people get are harder to obtain and are valid from June 1st to September 1st. Therefore the person who issused it shouldnt be investigated. But who cares, this happened last week. lets just move on to a different subject. Like the Micheal Jackson death or Billy Mays
