CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS


• CONTRACT – Between Potter County and PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for 2009 grant funding in the amount of $237,712.00.

• AGREEMENT – Between Potter County and PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for an Environmental Stewardship and Watershed Protection (Growing Greener) grant in the amount of $208,250.00.

This grant provides a portion of the funding for the North Fork Dam Rehabilitation Project.

• CONTRACT – Between Potter County and Capital Recovery Systems, Inc. for collection of past due court costs and related expenses.

• CONTRACTS – Between Potter County and Priority One Consulting, LLC for
9-1-1 Post Deployment/Accuracy Testing at a cost of $203,000.00 to be funded through E-9-1-1 grant monies. This is a two year agreement and the 2nd year is contingent upon the availability of 911 Wireless grant funding

• AGREEMENT – Between Potter County and T3 Global Strategies for the purpose of providing photogrammetric services for mapping and GIS Development per the proposal accepted on July 30, 2009. Total cost is $281,377.00.
