Does prayer change evolution? Does it change the incest required for Adam and Eve to parent every human being?

Does it allow 2 of every species on the planet to fit on a boat? What about the incest that is again required to repopulate again?

If I pray before working on Sunday, do I still have to be put to death?

If I pray will god explain to me why if dinosaurs were created the same day as people when the earth was created 6,000 year ago, why nobody mentioned them in cave drawings or text?

Indeed.
I am quite versed in the Holy Bible and I do not know of any scripture teaching that prayer changes everything.
Some things should not be changed.
And it is presumptuous of us to petition the Lord in prayer for an earthly cause of benefit that might run counter to His will or his teachings.
Who came up with such an inappropriate name for such a worthy organization?

What prayer "changes" for me: my attitude, my faith, gives me strength of each day, gives me serenity in times of trouble. Try the Serenity Prayer. I love this saying, which hangs in my office where I can read it each day:

GOD DIDN'T PROMISE US DAYS WITHOUT PAIN,
LAUGHTER WITHOUT SORROW, OR SUN WITHOUT RAIN.
BUT HE DID PROMISE UP STRENGTH FOR THE DAY,
COMFORT FOR THE TEARS, AND LIGHT FOR THE WAY.

Prayer helps and prayers does change "things" (me, and how I deal with each day)

Thanks

I have questioned God on many occasions in my life...

Why do we have to give him the ones we love at such a young age when evil people are allowed to live on death row until they are old and gray?

Why must we carry such burdens caused by others that give us a heavy heart while believing in and praying to God to help us see we are doing the truthful and honest things, daily?

I have questioned my own belief in God on more than one occasion...but he has to be there, he has to hear me or I would not be the person that I am. He has given me strength and comfort through each lose of a loved one and the weakest times of my life.

So yes, I to believe prayer helps me and hope that it may do the same for others...It is what it is...
