Vandals Damage School Bus Shelters

Bus Shelters Damaged
Just as the weather is beginning to turn cold and rainy, vandals have graduated from destroying mailboxes to damaging school bus stop sheds in the area.

State Police report that two school bus shelters were damaged between 9/26 and 9/27 . One is located at the intersection of Route 49 and Dwight Creek Road in Allegany Township, and the other is located on Kio Road neat the intersection of Route 872 in Eulalia Township. Major damage resulted. Coudersport School District is listed as the owner of the sheds.

Anyone with information regarding these cases is asked to contact PSP Coudersport at 814-274-8690.

you really think those retards are reading these comments??? if they are they are laughing even louder at the idiot police and your telling everyone what you think which doesn't change a thing...get off your key board and take the necessary action to find out the truth and follow through with prosecution...put your money where your hands are and offer a reward..do something useful with that change instead of complaining

Idiot police? You have a camera? It all starts with "us". Get involved if you are near a shelter, keep a wary eye.

I don't know what you expected the police to do about it.

Sure it is nice when the police just happen to be driving by and spot the crime in progress, but you watch too much TV if you expect the police to be at every crime scene in time to prevent the crime.

In NYC there is a police officer for every street corner but if you have seen crime statistics there lately you will understand just how impossible this is without Batman.

I am not trying to play down just how low it is to smash bus sheds forcing little kids to stand outside in the cold, but I think you will find it is cheaper to give youth something do to than it is to hire 1 police officer per block.

Adults or children people should just stop damaging other peoples stuff. It is not a joke someday you are going to really hurt someone. Think before you damage other peoples property. Now days people don't have the money to replace and it just cost the Insurance company money guess what it is coming out of your pocket to because sooner or later rates will go up again because of stupidity.
