Toddler recovered; fugitive father held at gunpoint by township resident

Johnnie A. Drummond III, 27, formerly of this city, is accused of abducting his son while holding the boy's mother at knifepoint inside the sport utility vehicle she was driving around Williamsport Thursday morning. More...
