9:50, I know! PA Laws are often titled for what you should have done. Not what your offense actually was?

he was transported to the high school and air lifted out by stat 6 not Stat 9

Does this guy even have a license. Also isn't this the same guy that his car burnt in Costello over the winter. It sounds to me that this fella has a history of not holding the right deck of cards in his hands.

I'm surprised that there hasn't been more motorcycle wrecks. It seems that all the roads got tar and chipped this year. Makes it rough riding on a motorcycle. Heck you almost need training wheels so you don't loose control on the turns. Thanks Pen-dot for attempting to save a few dollars at everyone elses expense.

Why is everything always blamed on the State? Common sense would tell you to "drive with caution" on a freshly chipped road. Doesn't anybody have any common sense anymore? Not to judge or anything but this George Sams has a history of going too fast and VERY careless driving. It's in his records. What is the State in for another "lawsuit" per-say?

Yes he is the same guy who's car blew up in costello awhile back. And when it comes to anything with a motor he does drive fast. hope his injuries are not to bad.
