We ought to check the bus drivers that live here. I know of one that had struck and killed a kid but yet he drives kids to school and a big yellow bus.

I take my kid in my car.

A lost CDL for a lifetime would not be harsh enough if you ask me! Yes, you need a CDL to drive a school bus and the are regulated by the Fed's not just the state of NY...which by the way is a joke as far as law enforcement goes.

Yep, have a buddy (both state boys') handle your child's paper work from an accident and guess what EVEN though your child drove into the side of and over the top of the other car while doing an illegal merge, NO TICKET, NO CITATION, NADA!! That is their great buddy buddy system in NYS! If your are a state boy no worries, they cover for each others kids...they have created a monster with the 20 something young lady, I hope they do not have to be on the scene when she pulls her next stunt and they have to us a body bag...because mark my words it will happen as she has just learned she can use her vehicle as a weapon...and got away with it scott free...

I remember hearing something about this, it happened in June at the top of Ackerman hill coming out of Wellsville, NY. Even had eye witnesses that gave a full account of what they "saw" happen, too bad the state trouper that was there feels he is also a judge! Must be because the young woman that passed the eye witnesses in a no passing zone before driving into and over top of the little car at the top of the hill (black marks in the road are from the car that got drove into and over go into the oncoming traffic lane!)is a NYS troupers daughter!
Ya, we saw this coming before the report's ink was even dry!
All I can say is what goes around comes around and someday "daddy's" friends in the law enforcement will not be able to cover for this young lady.

Hope every parent of every student shows up on her day of sentencing and gives that judge the what for. If not they are fools and do not care about their children. Also was she just charged for the students that were left on the bus or the total amount she transports everyday?
