Kathryn M. Ackley, 83, 2 Bushnell Street Apts., Bradford, PA

Kathryn M. Ackley, 83, 2 Bushnell Street Apts. passed away Tuesday, October 20th, 2009, following a brief illness at the Bradford Manor.

Born August 17, 1926, in DuBois, PA, a daughter of the late Harry and Ada Holopeter Scull.

On April 18, 1946 in Bradford she married Roland L. "Chink" Ackley who died February 18, 2009
.
Surviving are five children, one daughter, Janet K. (Steven) Congdon of Cuba, NY, four sons, Richard K. (Debra) Ackley of Tampa, FL, Gary L. (Kelly) Ackley of Bradford, James M. (Alorita) Ackley of Nolanville, TX; and Roland L. (Kathy) Ackley of Bradford, 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Delores Ketchner of Bradford and Henrietta Osbourne of Eureka, CA, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, one daughter Susan Ackley, three brothers Harry, Donald and Billy Scull, and one sister Helen Royer.

At Kathryn's request there will be no visitation, private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
