Norma E. Gore, 88, of 85 Hunts Run Rd., Emporium died at Guy & Mary Felt Manor, Emporium on Wednesday morning October 7, 2009.

She was born July 15, 1921 in Cameron, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late James Edward and Daisy Rees Stewart.

On May 8, 1943 in Washington, DC She married the late John Gore, Jr. Mrs. Gore graduated from Emporium High School. She was the secretary for Lumber Township for 17 years & years ago she worked at Sylvania. She had served on the Board at the Welfare Office & the Howard Mayberry Trust Fund. She had been a memer of the Sterling Run Methodist Church

Private Funeral Service will be held Barnett Funeral Home, 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium.

Burial will be in the Newton Cemetery, Emporium, Pennsylvania
