A couple of drug law defendants will be sentenced next month after recently pleading guilty in Potter County Court.

Sean Thompson, 25, of Shinglehouse pleaded guilty recently in Potter County Court to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M1). According to Potter County DA Dawn Fink, when state police investigated a vehicle crash in Eulalia Township on December e30, 2008, troopers learned after talking to the driver, Brandi Radtke that there was possibly was possibly contraband in her vehicle that belonged to Sean Thompson. Upon getting consent to search troopers found several items of paraphernalia. After speaking with Thompson he gave a written statement admitting that the items were his. He will be sentenced on November 18.

Donald Skinner, 55 of Coudersport will also be sentenced that day after pleading guilty to Possession Small Amount of Marijuana (M), DUI (M). The DA said Skinner was arrested following a one vehicle crash in Potter County. Upon speaking with the defendant they noted a strong odor of alcohol, and slurred speech. Chemical testing confirmed a blood alcohol level of .13%. The legal limit in Pennsylvania is .08%.
