Dang...too bad for poor ol’ Randy...he must have gotten pulled over by one of the “good apples”. Isn’t it an amazing “coincidence” that Dawn Fink’s “concern” over one Trooper’s job performance relative to DUIs is just now hitting the completely unbiased (choke, cough, sputter) Potter Leader- Enterprise, in a series written by none other than her good friend, Kimberly Hoak, mere days before the general election??? It is obviously no secret based on what I read in Ms. Hoak’s overly voluminous articles that Ms. Fink has much animosity for this Trooper and that there is apparently discord between her office and certain other Troopers at the Coudersport Barracks....too bad they’re not afforded the same ability to publicly voice their opinions about her job performance the way she is about theirs. We all know what a good judge of character she is...just look who she hired as county detective, and one would have to assume she did so without a thorough background check considering his record. Gee Dawn, what were you thinking?
Just some food for thought–if one of those people who were “so wrongly accused” in spite of acting suspicious or having tested positive for driving under the influence of controlled substances, either legal or illegal, had been let go and hit and killed someone or inflicted some type of bodily harm, what would your take on this be then???
