The law is the law, the rest of us have to follow them. Maybe you would like to pay for the broken window instead of the property owner because you do not think destroying something of someone elses is any "big deal" then? Send her a check I am sure she will be thankful...

What ever is in those bags gets spread around, animals get into them and they can get poisoned, cut or get something wrapped around them.

And what ever also goes into our water supply!

To me dumping trash automatically qualifies someones as a slob!

I can't stand it when I see trash along the road from Burger King ect... People who do that are disrespectful of the land they live in.

It does not cost that much to take your trash to the landfill if you get it weighed. Grow up and get responsible. Grrrrrrrrr

Personally, I am glad to see that the police are still working for the little guy. A lot of times, it seems that small crimes like this go unnoticed. I hope he is made to pay restitution as well as fines. And maybe some road clean up work wouldn't hurt him either. Every year we see groups of people (i.e. churches/scouts) out doing road clean up after all of these slobs. It's a messy disgusting job.
I say good job to the PSP for catching this small time criminal.
