Woman Charged After Assaulting Juvenile

Harassment Charged
Emporium State Police report that Margaret Caroline Travis, 35, of Emporium was charged with Harassment after a juvenile female was assaulted by Travis. The incident occurred on Nov. 11, 2009 at 2:15 PM at 175 Willowood Court in Emporium Boro.

Dress up if you want and hand out goodies from the trunk of your car to all the little goblins, ghosts, princesses and super heroes. It is not required, but encouraged to decorate the trunk of your car! Line up and let them walk through to receive their treats to have a “Safe and Happy Halloween!”
Prizes will be awarded the most creatively decorated trunks!
No registration or trunk decorations are needed to participate!
Come out for a ghoulish fun time!
Door to door trick or treat will follow at 6:00 pm until lights out!
