Yeah,,,about time. Now if they could check some of the locals raising puppies in crowded quarters. Unfortunately, these places are kept too quiet.

They also need to check on the people that have dogs that are tied outside all of the time and barely get food and water every day. In my opinion, this is one of the cruelest things to do to a dag.

What is the impact of this on any of the local kennels? Just because some of these dildines are irresponsible doesn't mean our local kennels like Abrogast and Streich are not conscentious!

I agree with Bro. Nature. I absolutely think its the cruelest thing to tie a dog outside and just leave them there. How inhumane. There's no doubt God created them. They are full of love, always faithful, extremely forgiving, and happy to be with you. Too bad their owners aren't the same.

they ought to apply the same laws, rules, fines and charges to families with children. funny how they almost toss you in jail and through away the key for animal abuse and yet slap you on the wrist for children offences.
