Probation!!! Probation!!! What an outrage!!! McKean County court system (Judge and DA)should face criminal charges for such an outrages miscarriage of justice! If this dirtbag re-offends your careers should be over!!!!!

what a disaster our justice system is in. Poor kid and also the horse...a horse??? wow. i think, I will contact the animal rights department, then we'll see what happens then, since the courts cant help. So sad.

Anonymous said...

Wonderful to know that he only got probation.

Anonymous said...

This is wrong the dirt bag should have gotten prison. And why didn't he? A dui would have gotten prison and a sex offender would have. Why did he get away with such an act?

Anonymous said...

Probation??? What the heck is up with that???? He needs to go to prison... for sure. What does that tell everyone else out there. They can rape a child anytime they want to and get off with probation???

Mr Realistic said...

In my honest opinion, prison is too kind for a deviate piece of crap like this. Why should we spend taxpayer money on his perverted a**? Cheaper just to take him out back of the barn and pop him in the head like a rabid skunk.

What a slap in the face. How dare this Judge hand out a slap on the wrist. Maybe this Judge should take this person to his house and have his son or daughter become a victim. Can this Judge be removed? I think the Fox Factor should see this. I will contact them.

why did they have to bring in a judge from another county to give this horse banger probation? It doesn't make any sense that they want to get rid of police officers in Bradford but they can afford to waste money on even sending this guy to the courthouse. The trial should've only cost $.37 the price of a bullet.
I wonder what he'll get for th DUI that he just got less than a year ago.Maybe they'll give him a job @ a daycare center.I dont think that Eddie Graham has ever done much to help society.

FOX news would be a good idea...

Well people it comes down to this. These people are the officials you elected into office. These are the people who tax payers pay to serve and protect citizens. Everyone wants strict laws on non-violent drug offenders. My opinion is that this dude raped a little boy who had handicaps. This to me is an act of violence. He forced himself on this boy, let alone the horse he raped too. You all vote for these laws, now you want certain death for his punishments. I believe he deserves to die for the stuff he did, because to me molesting an innocent child is murdering the soul of that kid. Now when you want something done about non-violent drug offenders, keep this in mind. Who do non-violent drug offenders hurt in this world? Molesters hurt and sometimes kill their victims. What laws would you want enforced more now?

ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? PROBATION ?? WHAT A CROCK OF SHIT !

This is a disgrace. I hope the Judge can sleep at night. This man is evidentely very sick and has harm a young boy and animals of all things. He really does not belong on the street. You would think in a small area like this that this would not happen, but it seems that we have the liberal judge's also. I think PETA is a good idea.

Anonymous said...

We should all pray for the soul of the victim as well as the offender. Like it our not, we should love the offender and hate the action.

Read your BIBLE.

Anonymous said...

How can you possibly love a man that takes something so sacred from someone so innocent and so helpless...and secondly a man who finds the need to not only rape a child but an animal? I for one personally cannot find any kind of sympathy or love for this man or any other person that does this type of inexcusable behavior towards any living thing. Sounds like he is sick individual that needs probably more help than he could ever be given.

And as far as the bible...this works for me

Leviticus 24:20 fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; just as he has injured a man, so it shall be inflicted on him.

Okay...let me get this right...he sexually molested a child...and if that wasn't enough...he nailed a HORSE!!! OK...I think I get it...the Judge that gave him probation was the one who had the horse...and was pimping it out...Please...fight for justice on this one...

Anonymous said...

Amen!! I'm am right there with ya! Eddie Graham is a monster. He should have been sent to a mental facility for some kind of evaluation before he was put back into society again. This man should be put on the child molester website too! But as a community I think we should all come together and make this mans life as miserable as possible. That's the least we could do....

Anonymous said...

I think eddie should live with the judge that let him off ! It is just a matter of time before he does this again !

Anonymous said...

doesn't anyone rember why he has to go to the post office to get his mail or was it to long ago to count that he kept ( exposing himself) to the mailman he has been a sex offender for years

Anonymous said...

Eye for an eye? Absolutely. Let the horse rape him.

Anonymous said...

Unreal everyday people are going to prison for years for selling pot and they let this POS walk on probation, and what do they say? "well now he's on probation for 5 years so we can monitor him and make sure he doesn't do it again." BS, more like wait for him to do it again and then slap him on the wrist AGAIN, like they always do around here.

What a joke. I'm ready for some Boondock Saints action on this mofo.

I have to agree with the majority of the people on here. Not only was it a sexual violation of a child, but with the aggravating factor of the child being psychologically handicapped. Maybe the judge figured that, since the child was handicapped, it wouldn't matter as much. And then this guy nails a miniature horse, as well? Yes, this is definitely someone that should be put on probation so they can do it again. Please, this person deserves to be in jail for a long time, at the very least.

Anonymous said...

I am speechless. I know both the victim and Eddie. What a shame that he has been set free. You are right, it is not his first time, the others did not come forward. Now wait to you see how long before it happens again. Every one should come forward and see if he can be put in jail.

I must tell you that it was NOT the visiting judge's fault that Eddie Graham only got probation. The facts are: 1: Judge Todd, when Eddie Graham was first arrested for all those felony crimes, placed his bail at $130,000. One month later Judge YODER. reduced his bail to $25,000, and he was released on bail that same day. While out on bail for the felonies, he was arrested for a DUI, Judge YODER then re-released him on $25,000 UNSECURED bail! Then on his LAST day in office, Judge YODER, threw out the boys psycologist's testimony, AND the testimony of another man who Eddie Graham molested as a child, stating that they were "bolstering the prosecution! That is why the DA agreed to the plea bargain. The visiting judge sentenced him as much as HE was legally allowed.

Christmas Day they found the body of a 12 year old angel here in Salisbury, MD. Her murderer had been free to run the streets after being known as a sex offender. Do not let this happen in Potter County. Please, I'm begging you.

The government is responsible to protect its citizens even in cases of molestation. Seeing how the Judge, DA, Public Defender, or opposing lawyers were incompetent on doing their job, this issue needs to be raised in higher courts. Contact the Attorney General and push to have this case re-tried in supreme court. This is his second charge of sexual misconduct with minors. So therefore he is a repeat offender and no'one on the County Level has provided safety to its citizens. Once this is done have an investigation brought up on the acting Judge and DA for not going by state guidelines and prosecuting this man for the unreasonable and repeated acts of crime he has committed. Pennsylvania is a state that goes by the Obitual Offender Rules. You get caught for the same crime more then once your punishment is more severe. Being his second offense and conviction he should be serving state time or in a state mental facility.

here is a link to the Attorney Generals website for the State of Pennsylvania. http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/

other contact information for the Attorney General, is Office of Attorney General
Civil Rights Enforcement Section
14th Floor, Strawberry Square
Harrisburg, PA 17120
(717) 787-0822

For furtyher help contact the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC).

Now heres some information you can find on Pa's Megans Law site, and this was signed by Tom Ridge Acting Governor at the time.

Pennsylvania's Response
Governor Tom Ridge sought to address this issue during the 1995 Special Session on Crime. During this session, legislation was introduced that would:

IDENTIFY those sexually violent offenders who are truly predators and allow the sentencing court to impose a life sentence on those offenders;
REGISTER with the Pennsylvania State Police both sex offenders and sexually violent predators; and
NOTIFY the communities when those persons, identified as sexually violent predators, move into their neighborhood.

Do not let anymore children fall victims to diseases of society like this Eddie Graham. Stand up and ask your Government for the protection the citizens deserve.

I enjoy reading all the responses. I have to agree with everyone on here. As a community we all need to pull together and make sure things like this don't happen. I realize that there is half a dozen sex offenders around here...however, we are able to see where they live, what they look like, and etc. This man needs to know what he has done is wrong. A simple slap on the wrist is simply giving him the right to do this all again. I realize that the Judge did his best to nail him but only was able to give him a slap on the wrist. Yoder is an idiot and we need to make sure that people get convicted of offenses like this don't get the chance to get off as easy as Ed did. We need to take a stand not only as a town but also as a County.

Anonymous said...

Well the judge just opened the area up for all the sex offenders to move in. Why not now they can live their life style in comfort.

Anonymous said...

ok here is the way it is we should put up a sign that says welcome chesters and other types of offenders sounds like nothing will be done to protect the people of the county now.

Anonymous said...

WOW this is a DISGRACE and I agree some of us should contact the attorney general and have this disgrace taken care of the right way. Now I know what my mission is for tomorrow.

To Poster of Wednesday, January 13, 2010 4:17:00 PM EST

The judge had every right to send this guy to prison for life this being his 2nd conviction of child molestation. Tom Ridge while Governor made it a law that if people are violent offender or repeat offenders in child molestation could be sentenced to life in prison. This statute is still in effect today. This also involving an animal can be punishable under terms of animal rights control. This is a sick man that should not walk the streets of society. So I believe the acting Judge should be held accountable for his incompetance he provided by not protecting our society from this disease of a man.

ECO, please re-read what was posted by 4:17 which is factual. Mr. Graham was NEVER convicted of a previous molestation, just accused of it. What Judge Yoder threw out was the DA’s request to have the previous accuser testify for the Commonwealth as such. By all accounts this is a tragic situation and I am appalled at the outcome of this matter. Having said that…again..we find you (ECO) posting, preaching, and teaching all of us faithful readers of Solomon’s Word more of your half thought out and “out there” ideas. READ what is going on….Find out facts….then, maybe your posts can have some positive effect rather than leaving most scratching their heads.

Maybe not convicted of a precious molestation. But this show that he will be in a sit uation where he can do it again. especially if he find a farm with sheep or horse's on the property. iF NOT THEN HE MIGHT JusT SINGLE OUT A HANDICAPPED minor. My goodness where was the judges head when he made the ruling on this case,

ECO said...

Ok you want to argue against my post. Well this man still deserves a Life Sentence even if he was only convicted once. He proved to society that he is a dangerous man too humans and animals alike. Animals are protected on a federal level through various federal agencies, so the judge could have done more he chose not too. Peta, and other Animal rights Activists can file suit against him, and have him prosecuted properly without the incompetence of local law.

Heres a couple of links for the Humane Society and Peta.

ECO, I'm not arguing your post. I agree that more should be done, I'm just saying that things seem to go in ass/backwards when you read another's post. That's all.

My PRAYERS go out to this child & his family. No one should EVER have anything like that happen to them.
As far as the others coming forward, that would be the "IDEAL" thing to have happen but have you ever been "RAPED"? Do you know the
1st questions the police ask the victim? They ask things like "what were you wearing, How did you act around this person, Did you say NO or ask this person to stop, Did you scream, Just what did you do to make this person think they could do this to you"? I know 1st hand the questions they ask. Its a very sad world we live in these days when a victim does come forward about things like this & they in turn get treated like they were in the wrong or it was their fault in some way. This is why so many RAPES go unpunished & so many offenders get to walk free. People are afraid to come forward. So I do wanna say to this family & the other man that did come forward about what this sicko did to him as a child that I THANK YOU for putting yourself out there & doing the right thing as many of us do NOT when it comes to things like this.
THANK YOU for standing up for the rest of the people in this world that hide & feel shameful & blame themselves for being raped.
My heart goes out to you all & may GOD take care of you through all of this.

There should be protesters out in front of the judges house and in the streets.

He is on probation for his second DUI in PA until 2013. If you see him out in a bar, PLEASE buy him a drink, then call 911 and tell the dispatcher a man is in the bar who is on probation and not allowed to be there. He will then go back to jail for the duration of his probation time. By the way his hair is naturally strawberry blond and he now has his hair, beard, and eyebrows dyed dark brown and mascara to darken his lashes even!!
