Thats the way it goes, when rookie officers are strung out to find a criminal. They tend to fuck shit up and lose cases for DA's. It will be a horrible conclusion if this man is let go free and clear because of incompetent mistakes police officers did.

Every day bits & pieces of our Constitution are swallowed up by some form of Big Brother. Lets protect what we still have. Let the courts decide. We are sorry for the loss of a loved one.

What about the rights of that poor young woman and her defenseless unborn baby???

We all have "rights" including a defendant. That does not mean it is OK. A crime is still a crime.

HIS rights were violated? What about that poor girl and her baby? Oh wait..this happened in McKean county right??? Enough Said

Why are you believing a defense attorney? He is paid to say his client is right and the police are wrong. Let the judge decide then you can pass judgment.
