Glenn F. Flynn, 74, of 99 Rob Roy Road, Bradford, PA

Glenn F. Flynn, 74, of 99 Rob Roy Road, passed away, Wednesday, April 28th, 2010, at Veteran's Medical Center in Erie.

Born February 4, 1936 in Weston, West Virginia, he was a son of the late W. Glenn and C. Audel (Wetzel) Flynn.

He enlisted in the United States Army July 1, 1955, and was honorably discharged May 3, 1957.

On February 4th, 1995 in Bradford he married Linda (Bisker) Flynn who survives.

Mr. Flynn was a 1954 graduate of Bradford High School. He had worked at WESB Radio Station as a sales representative, then owned and operated Flynn's Sporting Goods Store during the 1980's, located on West Washington Street he later moved downtown on Veteran's Square. Prior to his retirement he was the manager of the Boviard Company.

He was member of the First Presbyterian Church, past president of the Silver Links Society, and a member of the Flying Aces Model Airplane Club.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Lori Buss of Springfield, WA, three sons Timothy (Michelle) Flynn of Bradford, Dan Flynn of Bradford and Tom Flynn of Durango, CO, a sister, Linda (Nord) Wolcott of Tinley Park. Ill, and a brother, James (Kaele) Flynn of Erie, eleven grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.

Family will be receiving friends on Friday, April 30, 2010, from 11:00 to 1:00 PM in the First Presbyterian Church where funeral and committal services will be held at 1:00PM with Rev. W. LeRoy Beckes, pastor officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc,.
