Ulysses Man Was DUI After Traffic Stop

Ulysses Man Was DUI
Brett Chester Daniels, 25, of 422 Jackson Road, Ulysses, PA, was stopped on April 3, 2010 at 2:30 am, after committing traffic violations on Route 1012 in Bingham Township.

Daniels was subsequently found to be DUI. Troopers filed charges in District Court 55-4-03 for DUI: GEN IMP/INC OF DRIVING SAFELY - 2ND OFF; DUI: B.A.C. .21% - 2ND OFFENSE; FAIL TO KEEP RIGHT and CARELESS DRIVING.

Daniels faces a preliminary hearing on May 14, 2010 in Judge Delores Bristol's courtroom.

Wait a minute you can allow some of the stupid comments and you wont allow a comment about a unibrow. Jim Jones you are about worthless as a reporter and site manager. I understand the need to censor some comments but now you are crossing the line between hypocrisy and idiocy. If there is a line there to begin with.

I'm not defending Mr.Daniels' actions on the night of the accident, however, I know that this young man has learned a lesson. No one walks away from a near fatal accident and doesn't take something with them. Let's all learn from this rather than critize his behavior and actions. Above all, there are many people who believe this would never happen to them, well this proves it can happen to anyone.

As for the 9:16 post, if you feel this strongly about Mr. Daniels, then post with your name and really make a statement!
