VOLUNTEER/DONOR “KICK-OFF” DINNER In Galeton

VOLUNTEER/DONOR “KICK-OFF” DINNER – THURSDAY, APRIL 29TH, AT 6:30 p.m.
AT THE FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
IN GALETON, PA.

There are two important concepts which we have learned in our volunteering experience:

1) Everything is subject to CHANGE, and

2) Having FLEXIBILITY is the key to being a successful Volunteer.

Just in the last week or two our plans have changed and we have been called upon to be flexible!! Therefore, we will NOT be participating in a Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Galeton Habitat House on Thursday as originally planned. It has been postponed.

However, we are looking forward to a good time at the VOLUNTEER

DONOR DINNER which is planned for this coming Thursday evening, April 29th, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 19 Germania Street, Galeton, PA. The Dinner will be held in the Education Building and will be catered. Your cost will be $5.00 per person.

There will be a time of information, an opportunity to learn more about Volunteering and Donating of your time and money with Potter County Habitat For Humanity, and to enjoy a good dinner!

We MUST have reservations by Monday, April 26th, at the latest. Please e-mail Jim and Charlotte Blain at jrcmblain@aol.com if you are planning on attending the dinner.

Thank you again for your interest in Potter County Habitat For Humanity. We look forward to seeing you at the Volunteer/Donor Dinner!
