Coudersport Troopers List Incidents/Charges

Coudersport Troopers
State Police report that on May 3rd at 4:40 AM, Kelly Parton, 42, of Ulster, PA
, was assaulted by another female while residing at the Germania Hotel at 1361 Germania Road, Abbott Township, Potter County. The investigation is continuing.

On May 3rd between 1:00 pm and 3:30 PM, unknown actor(s) damaged the driver's side mirror on a 2009 Gray Chevrolet Silverado while it was parked at 528 Main Street in Ulysses Boro. The vehicle is owned by Thomas Joseph Madden of Cape May, NJ.

On May 3rd at the Germania Fire Department on Route 144 in Abbott Township, unknown actor(s) broke the windshield on a 2000 Grey Jeep Cherokee owned by Ronald Mathwig of Genesee, PA. The windshield was valued at $300.00.

May 3, 2010, Louis H. Galleotti, Jr., 71, of Austin, PA. was charged
by troopers with summary harassment and a domestic violence charge. Galleotti became involved in a verbal argument with a known female. He approached the victim and poured an open can of soda over her head and upper torso. The case will be heard in District Court 55-3-01.

On Tuesday, Coudersport State Police discovered that Kevin Butler, 22, of 295 Railroad Avenue in Roulette, PA, had failed to report a change of address to Pennsylvania State Police as required by Megan's law. Kevin was taken into custody at 100 Horseshoe Court Drive, in Roulette Township and arraigned before District Judge Barbara J. Easton. Easton set bail at $5,000. straight bail. Kevin was unable to post bail and was committed to the Potter County Jail.
