Why does on get sent to State Prison for forging checks but get no jail time at all for burglary, theft, assualt, multiple DUI's,etc. I thought prison was where we put people that are a harm to themselves and/or others. Not saying this guys doesn't need puhished as he certainly did very wrong.

Yea I agree state prison seems a bit excessive. I've seen a few women around here that have done this same thing and got off with probation.

This country is going down the tubes quick.

I would bet he has plenty of priors.

"I would bet"...of course you would...nothing like jumping to conclusions about something you have no information about.

8:50! Quick point, how about you don't jump to the conclusion that I don't have the informaiton to know what I'm talking about BEFORE you take the time to call the pot and the kettle black! Thanks!

some of you obviously dont know who he is, although not a bad guy, he has been in trouble several times, basically for the same reason, not writing checks...hope he gets a handle on his issues someday.

Then perhaps your statement should've been, "he's had plenty of priors", and not "I bet....".

Perhaps 10:23? But, perhaps it's my statement and however I word my comment is my choice. Perhaps you might find something more useful to do with your time. Perhaps educating yourself on our system and how is works before you point out someone jumping to a conclusion while you are also jumping to a conclusion. Perhaps?!
