Beverly Mae Moore, 76, of Austin, PA

Beverly Mae Moore, 76, of Austin, PA died Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY.

Born on May 23, 1934 in Lock Haven, PA she was the daughter of Maurice C. and Minnie L. Bowersox Orndorf. On December 19, 1949 in Lock Haven, she married Fredrick J. Moore who died on August 5, 2006.

Mrs. Moore had lived in the Austin area since 1961. She was formerly employed with Emporium Specialties Co. in Austin.

Surviving are two daughters, Donna Bauman of Lock Haven, PA, Darlene M. (Gerald) Rees of Austin, PA, one son, Maurice F. (Carolyn) Moore of Orchard Park, NY, seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, a sister, LaFirn (Veto) Tasselli of Lock Haven, PA, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three grandchildren, Jodi, Stacie and Graydon, and a sister, Frances Gundlach.

There will be no visitation. Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family in Forest Hill Cemetery in Austin. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Fickinger Funeral Home of Coudersport.
