Holly shouldnt have been where she was to begin with and there was no physical contact. Duells need to not start trouble that they cant handle. Maybe she should have been hit to knock some damn sence into her.

So did the homeowner get charged with providing alcohol to the minor in question??

I don't know who any of these people are, except Dusty who is my son,he should have not been drinking for one but kids do things,he should have never gottin into his vehicle.he is truly sorry and ashamed of what he did.and yes the people that gave him the beer should be charged.

I know who these people are and yes they should get charged, for this and things they have done before, and he is just a kid learning from his mistakes!!!!

"he should have not been drinking for one but kids do things,"

" he is just a kid learning from his mistakes!!!!"

Bullcrap....I have heard this so many times!! He isn't a kid any more.....a 19 year old is an ADULT! Quit making excuses about learning from his mistakes. He should be punished severely for his mistakes and the people that allowed him to drink alcohol should be charged also. If he is this age and can't determine right from wrong, it is his parents that should be ashamed of how they raised their child.

Hmm, well "jack" its not my parents that made him make that decision, snd my parents should not be ashamed of anything, he made the decision, not them. your right he is old enough to make his own decisions, and im sure you know some kids that drink underage, do u feel the same way about them? that they should get punished, yea I think apparently not because they havent gotten into trouble have they? So before you judge my brother, or my parents, think about what your saying, kids do, do things it's life get over it.

Your brother appears to be a women abuser with a rage problem and a drunk driver who could have killed one of my family members.

Jack is spot on.

Live in your world of denial, the blame lies with him and how he was raised.

There is No excuse for laying a hand on a women.

10 to 1 this continues unless he changes now.

I've known Dusty for a long time, he is a great kid. Everyone makes mistakes! (well, obviously not jack or any of his family members) Just because he did something once does not mean it will continue. Afterall, alcohol will change u'r actions/reactions. There is no sense in talking about "what could have happened" because it didn't!

Listen Jack,I am sure you have never done anything wrong, you are perfect right? My son made a wrong decision, wich he will pay for.(regretably)But he will pay for it.Who are you or any of these people to pass judgement on anyone? If you would like to pass judgement on anyone, pass it on the ADULT who contributed to a minor. My son was raised being warned about alcohol,drugs....We do not drink. He made a bad decision. He was also raised not to ABUSE women,so apparently the alcohol played a major factor in the events that took place. If you would like to pass judgement on my son, leave your name,I would like to know the names of all the perfect people!Yes mistakes were made, yes he will pay for them.He is deeply sorry and asamed of what happened. He will learn from this, just as many people have. His mother and I love him,and will continue to do so.Your opinions do not matter.David Mcdonald

As for the one in Oswayo, if this idiot would mind his own business once, there wouldn't be a problem here!!!

Anonymous said...

Why blame the guy when the report says she is the one that went up to his residence and stood there yelling profanities? If he was on his own property whats the sense in blaming him.

To Dustys parents, don't let the small minded judgemental twirps on here get to you. There are a few in this county who are so miserable with their own life that the only relief they get is to verbally attack someone elses grief. It makes them feel better about themselves. The point is someone gave alcohol to a underaged person. The incident most likely wouldn't had happened otherwise. To you BASHERS, what goes around comes around!! (bet their dirty laundry is dirtier then mine, they just hide it better)

Anonymous said...

Let me change that, if that idiot and the idiot across town would leave there wouldn't be a problem in oswayo!!!

annon said...

yeah jack was probably one of the adults at the party who gave him the alchohol, the only mistake Dusty is making as I see ,is him hanging out with scummers and druggies, everyone of you.I just want to say since school has been out, there have been plenty of underage drinking going on in shinglehouse,so before people pass judgement you should be watching your own kids.

annon said...

huh, thats funny people drink and drive everyday and night when they pull out of the bars.

Gloria your getting up there, you'd think you'd grow up already & quit this type of stuff. Life's short & you wasted alot of it in court for physically attacking others. If I was a judge i would of put you through a few court ordered anger management sessions!

Wow i am shocked to find that a 68 yr old woman found no problem with being aggressive to someone and for someone to say that the other person was in the wrong is appaulilng to say the least what is this world coming to?
As for the young man that made a mistake i do not know him or his family but for people to blame his parents for his mistake is ridiculous i am sure he was raised better but like so many young men and woman he was being a teenager do any of you remember when 18 was legal drinking age? jeez i am not condoning this young mans behavior but dont blame his parents for his mistakes,he learned a lesson and is sorry what more do you people want?

Anonymous said...

you know what's funny. you are blaming the adults at the party. well i've been to lots of partys where there are both alcohol and underaged kids....one thing i have never seen is an adult pouring alcohol down a childs throat!!!!!!! i'm pretty sure that those adults didn't pour the alcohol down dustins throat. yes the adults are responsible but you're son is 19 he should of known better. everyone should have to pay for their mistakes but don't put the full blame on those adults who were there its both partys fault!

annon said...

to the last comment,if there are kids at a party the adults should tell them to leave, because the adults know they might just get caught serving minors, yes Dusty is 19 underage, but any kid is going to drink if the so called adults don't say anything.
