I guess the price of timber is down....that many hardwood trees for a little over two thousand dollars....
Maybe if you could spell correctly 7:41, you might be taken seriously. It is THROW. And don't be so judgemental. You don't know how far over the property line he was. For all you know it could be an honest mistake. People are far to quick to judge before hearing all the facts.
Regardless, even if it was a mistake, he should have known where the property line was!
Kalub has done several logging jobs for me and has always honest and professional . This incident was a mistake because he told me of it a month ago . There is a lot more to this story then what your reading here . and to 7:41 and 1:38 , if you would like to leave your names i'd be glad to call you and give you the story
Hey 12:34 poster....You better spellcheck YOUR post.
he is know good he is a jork
i would argue with you about your post 8:09 ,but i cant stop laughing at your spelling
all of you can kiss my ass you to jim
If he was not a timber thief why didn't he make it right with the land owner when given the chance. I know the land owner attempted to settle this issue without the law and got no results or cooperation from Mr. Hanchett. Log delivery slips had to be tracked down by helpful nieghbors in the timber business. This man is knew full well what he was doing or had done.
A thief is a thief.
three stripe= boundry line, and if is wasnt there the cutter should not have gone to work until it was marked... end of story
he did it
