Philly Man Who HIt Tree In Potter County Was DUI

Philly Man Was DUI
A Philadelphia man was uninjured last Thursday at 5:30 pm when he crashed his car into a tree on State Road 44 in the area of Rock Ridge Road in Summit Township, Potter County.


John Cush, 26, of Philadelphia, PA, was driving a Honda Civic too fast, lost control, and impacted a tree. His vehicle was severely damaged and had to be towed by Kightlinger's.

Upon further investigation by State Police, Cush was found to be DUI.

He will face charges of DUI; DRIVING TOO FAST FOR CONDITIONS; DRIVING WHILE OPERATING PRIVILEDGE IS SUSPENDED; FAILURE TO WEAR SEATBELT; DRIVING ON HIGHWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC, DRIVING ON RIGHT SIDE OF ROADWAY, and CARELESS DRIVING in District Court 55-3-01.
