Austin Fire Department Open House

Thursday evening an Open House event will be held for the public, starting at 7. Refreshments will be served, free blood pressures taken and handouts and giveaways for the adults and kids.

I want to thank the AVFC for your wonderful job of keeping us all safe. Its comforting to know there is a great team of people keeping our county, townships and boroughs safe and sound.

Some people have such hatred in their hearts. I pray for their souls. The AVFD is run by more then one person!! I personally am thankful for all. In my eyes all are equal.

I hope you arent talking about my Justin Moate comment. I am proud and thankful of all our volunteers, I just feel it is time that Mr Moate gets some recognition. He is DUE! GO MOATE GO MOATE!!! and then a hero comes along, with the strength to carry on, and you cast your fears aside, and you know you can survive...
