Well at least he wasn't driving when he passed out.

No, but that doesn't stop them from charging him with driving under the influence.

How do you know law enforcement is out of control? When you can get arrested for a charge they will admit you weren't actually committing.

I also love the instances when people are charged with resisting arrest... and that's it. No other charges.

"what arrest was he resisting?"
"shut up and move along"

What part of that doesn't smell like a police state?

And I respect good cops that use discretion and common sense in the execution of their task.
Too bad that's about 5% of them.

If the key is in the ignition and the drunk is in the driver's seat, he or she is in control of a motor vehicle whether it is moving or not. Bet the poster at 9:01 would be singing a different tune if this guy had come to, started the car and hurt or killed someone, like
"why didn't anyone do something before it was too late"? Gotta love you guys who are quick to point the fickle finger of blame and never once see the whole picture.

I'm all for a "citizen state" you know, the kind where we are held accountable for our actions.

it's pretty simple to know the basic no no's of "sleeping" in off in your car. google it for crying out loud?!

good cops follow the law, the way it was written...not by them, but by the state!

why did'nt they take this guy to sheetz and give him gum and breath mints? i wonder if they forgot to turn on thier video equipment? oh yeah this guy must not have been a fellow trooper, but at least he did'nt hit a tree.

7:26 what a clown! don't know who you are but you do not have a leg to stand on. cops look out for themselves but the general public should know better. i just do not see your defense. i guess thats the way you were brainwashed.
