Dustin Baker Commented Today On Our First Post

Almost 4 Years Since First Post
Dustin Baker just posted a comment on out first post on Solomon's words entitled "Snowmobilers Get Snow" posted on January 27, 2007.

January 27, 2011 will mark 4 years that Solomon's words has been bringing you the news.

WOW! Where has the time gone.

I remember a few months after we started, getting 30 readers a day, and after the first year having a whopping 300 a day. One day last week we were read 25,636 times in one day.

In case you run out of something to read, you can scroll back and read over 20,000 articles posted on Solomon's words since that first post in January of 2007.

The success of Solomon's words as a news source is a result of your contributions of news, photos, and events that you as readers have shared with us and we thank you sooo much. It wouldn't amount to a row of beans without you.

Cynthia and I would like to thank our advertisers and the many readers who have sent generous donations over the years for the tremendous support you have given us. We will strive to continue to earn your support in the future.

Look at all the money you cheated the Post Office out of by not sending these messages out via the post.

The post office has more than enough paper going through its doors to handle, without more. Did you consider mailing out everthing you talked to others about? Many newspapers are delivered to your door and stores, not going through the post office.
Solomon's Word has informed area people of the now and uptodate happenings in the area. People know they can go to this site and find out what is going on, such as emergencys, fund raisers, and people in need of assistance. This reduces the crowds and traffic at the scenes of people wanting to know what is going on.
My son DALE is in Germany and relies on this site to keep in touch with what's going on in his home town. It also gives him a place to express his intrest, thoughts and veiws. He does so, without being ANONYMOUS, showing those, if you have something for people to read put a name to it and be recognized.
I would like to say THANK YOU Solomon' Word for the past four years of great coverage and your blog site, inspite of those who blog without respect of others.
Continue the great job and Thanks again.
