Haggie Sentenced To 2 Life Terms In Prison For Bradford Murders

Thomas Haggie Sentenced

Thomas Haggie has been sentenced to two life terms in prison without the possibility of parole for killing Megan Konopka and her unborn son in September of 2009.

The 31-year-old pleaded guilty last month in exchange for having the death penalty taken off the table.

His co-defendant, Greggory Theobald, received the same sentence in July and is serving his time at the state correctional institution at Fayette.

to pursue the death penalty would just keep costing tax payers.

not to mention the years of appeals that he would be allowed to file at our expense....

"he should get the same treatment he dished out."

The eye for an eye thing is not the spirit of the death penalty.
