Nancy L. Boser, 71, of 108 Hemlock St,, Bradford, PA

Nancy L. Boser, 71, of 108 Hemlock St, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 10th, 2011 at the Bradford Regional Medical Center.

Born June 20, 1939, in Smethport, she was the daughter of the late Raymond Dickerson and Ella (Boyer) Roundsville.

On October 27, 1956, in St. John's Church in Vandelia, NY she married Gerald G. Boser who survives.

Mrs. Boser was a graduate of Smethport High School. She had worked as a unit secretary for 12 years at Bradford Regional Medical Center.

She was a member of First Wesleyan Church were she served as treasurer and volunteered at the clothing distribution store of the church.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed bowling. She also volunteered as a chaperon while her daughters were in school on many different occasions.

In addition to her husband she is survived by three daughters, Cherie (Roy) Price of Roxboro, NC,
Christine Goetz and Michelle (Kevin) Zimmerman all of Bradford, two brothers, Raymond (Diane) Dickerson, Jr. of Ft Worth, TX, and Clifford (Connie) Boyer of Port Allegany, seven grandchildren, Michael, Sarah, Jason, Amber, Justin, Nicole, and Bryan, six great grandchildren, Jaylyn, Joshua, Jenna, Jonathon, Jaylynn and Heaven. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Merry Melody Boser and one grandson, Michael John Schoolmaster.

Family will be receiving friends on Sunday, February 13, 2011 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. East Main St. and again on Monday, February 14th, from 10:00 to 11:00am in the First Wesleyan Church, where funeral and committal will be held at 11:00am with Rev. Kevin Murrell, pastor and Rev. David Souder co-officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
