Gaines Township, Pa. - Two people were killed in a crash Friday in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. It happened on Route 6 in Gaines Township.
Police say 38-year old Debra Moyer of Wellsboro was traveling east on the snow covered road when she lost control of her vehicle and slid into the oncoming lane. Her car was then struck by another oncoming car.

Moyer and her passenger, 48-year old Arthur Allen, also of Wellsboro, were both killed in the crash. Police say Moyer was driving too fast for the road conditions.
